英特尔大连芯片厂
新浪科技讯 1026日上午消息，芯片巨头英特尔公司在中国的首个晶圆制造工厂今天在大连正式落成,nike air foamposite one。大连芯片厂投资25亿美元，是英特尔在亚洲的第一个晶圆制造工厂。新工厂将首先采用65纳米制程技术。
亚洲首个英特尔晶圆制造工厂
英特尔大连芯片厂(Fab 68)是英特尔1992在爱尔兰建立F10晶圆厂后，新建的第一座晶圆厂，也是英特尔在亚洲的第一个晶圆制造工厂,air jordan high heels，在全球则是英特尔第八家300毫米晶圆厂。
该工厂建设历时3多。20073，英特尔宣布投资25亿美元在大连建立一个生产300毫米的晶圆厂，并于20079破土动工。
据悉，为保证顺利投产，英特尔选派了300多名员工到美国和爱尔兰接受了专业培训，也派了200多名外籍员工来中国工作，还选派了50多位专家到大连培训员工。
该厂总使用面积达到16.3万平方米，大约是23个足球场的面积。投产后，工厂将首先生产芯片组产品，支持从笔记本电脑,ken griffey shoes，高性能台式机到基于英特尔至强处理器的服务器等各种产品。
从90纳米到65纳米
据悉，大连新工厂将首先采用65纳米制程技术,griffey sneakers。英特尔在2007宣布投建时，最初承诺的是采用90纳米制程。因为美国高科技投资有关政策要求，国外技术投资必须落后于美国本土两代工艺。当时英特尔的制程工艺为45纳米，其后两代分别是65纳米和90纳米。
随着英特尔Tick-Tock(钟摆)模式的技术演进,air griffey max 1，英特尔随后进入32纳米制程工艺。20096，英特尔宣布大连芯片厂将采用65纳米制造工艺代替90纳米制造工艺。这也是目前英特尔在中国可以采用的最先进的制造工艺。
据英特尔工程师介绍,ken griffey jr shoes，一块使用65纳米制程的300毫米晶圆上有数百个芯片。如果进行形象的比较，直径约1.5毫米(150万纳米)的针尖上可容纳2000万个65纳米晶体管。
第三次国内大规模投资
大连芯片厂虽然是英特尔在亚洲的第一个晶圆制造工厂，但并非英特尔在中国的首次大额投资。
英特尔在中国的第一次大规模投资始于1996，其时英特尔在上海浦东建立了一个芯片封装测试厂，经过几轮追加投资，如今总投资额已超过5亿美元。
20038，英特尔时任首席执行官贝瑞特访华，又宣布投资3.75亿美元在成都高新区建立一座芯片封装测试厂。200610，英特尔公司宣布对成都追加投资，截至目前，项目总投资约6亿美元。
为对其在华生产运营进行整合，20092，英特尔宣布将上海浦东的封装测试厂整合到成都工厂，并于今初完成整合。
加上在大连的投资，英特尔在国内的芯片制造及封装测试工厂累计投入近40亿美元,nike air max 24-7，辐射中国东部、西部及东北地区。(张伟)
