Part 5：地板小知识

1、强化木地板
强化木地板保养比实木地板要简单得多。清洁地板时，要注意保持地板的干爽，不要用大量的水冲洗，注意避免地板局部长期浸水。清洁污渍时选用中性的清洁剂处理，天科地板避免阳光直射、淋雨、受潮等。此外，注意室内通风、保持室内温度也有利于延长地板寿命。强化地板不需要油漆和打蜡，与实木地板不同，切忌用砂纸打磨抛光。2、实木地板
实木地板的安装和使用不当，会使合格的产品同样出现质量问题。实木地板在保养时，要注意地面的干燥和清洁。在铺设实木地板时，如果没有做防潮处理、卫生间和房间地面没有做好隔离，都会影响地板的寿命。而被水淋湿或用碱水、肥皂水擦洗，会破坏油漆的光亮度。夏季没有注意拉好窗帘，使床前地板经阳光曝晒后出现会变色开裂。空调温度开得过低，使白天和晚上温度变化过大，引起地板膨胀或收缩过于剧烈，而造成地板的变形、开裂等.
